Set against the backdrop of Inveraray Castle, home of the Duke of Argyll and his family, the Castle garden consists of two acres of formal gardens, and a further fourteen acres of woodland walks. The garden holds an interesting selection of Rhododendrons, Azaleas, Maples and Magnolias as well as herbaceous borders, rose gardens and formal lawns.
The informal woodland walks meander through majestic specimen trees and Rhododendrons and are carpeted with Bluebells in Spring. The Gardens are a haven for wildlife, including Red Squirrels.
